This Privacy Policy explains how HUWA STUDIO ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Ghost Terminal: Idle Tycoon, also referred to in the game as Terminal Tycoon or Ghost Terminal (the "Game").

We design the Game to collect only limited information needed to operate the Game, support purchases, provide ads, improve balance, measure events, and maintain save features.

Depending on how you use the Game, the following information may be collected or processed:

  • Cloud save information, if you use cloud save features, such as game progress, save timestamp, current sector, lifetime progress values, and checksum data.
  • Support information, if you contact us, such as your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include.

We do not intentionally collect your real name, postal address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, or payment card details through the Game.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

  • To operate the Game and save your progress.
  • To provide gameplay features, rewards, events, and balance adjustments.
  • To process, deliver, and restore in-app purchases.
  • To provide, load, measure, and reward ads.
  • To understand technical issues, game performance, feature usage, and player progression.

3. In-App Purchases

Purchases in the Game are processed by the app store or platform where you obtained the Game, such as the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may process purchase status, product identifiers, transaction state, restoration status, and delivery status so that purchased content can be provided, restored, or adjusted when needed.

Refunds and billing issues are handled by the app store or platform according to their rules and applicable law.

4. Advertising and Consent

The Game may show ads, including rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are provided through Google AdMob. The Game also includes AdMob mediation support, including Unity Ads, and ads may be served through those mediation partners depending on ad availability and configuration.

Advertising partners may collect or process device, ad, usage, consent, and diagnostic information according to their own policies. In regions where consent is required, the Game may show a consent form before requesting ads. On iOS, if tracking permission is required, the Game follows Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules.

The Game may send limited gameplay and technical event data to our server to help us understand whether the Game is working, how progression is balanced, and which features are used.

6. Cloud Save

If cloud save features are enabled and you choose to use them, the Game may store save data through platform services such as iCloud. Cloud save may include gameplay progress, save metadata, timestamps, current sector, lifetime progress values, and checksum data used to verify save integrity.

Cloud save uses your platform account and platform services. We do not ask for or receive your iCloud password.

Cloud save availability depends on your device settings, platform account, storage availability, network status, and platform service availability.

7. Local Storage

The Game may store information locally on your device, including save data, settings, purchase delivery state, ad reward state, consent state, anonymous install identifiers, and gameplay progress.

You may be able to delete local data by deleting the Game from your device. Some platform-level data, purchase records, or cloud save data may be managed separately by the app store, device operating system, or cloud service.

We may share or allow processing of information in the following cases:

  • With app stores and platform providers, such as Apple, to process purchases, restore transactions, provide cloud save, and meet platform requirements.
  • With advertising partners, such as Google AdMob and mediation partners, to provide and measure ads.

Local save data may remain on your device until you delete it. Cloud save data may remain in your platform account or cloud service until removed according to that service's settings. Purchase records may be retained by the app store or platform according to their policies.
