Terms of Service

Effective date: August 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Ghost Terminal: Idle Tycoon, also referred to in the game as Terminal Tycoon or Ghost Terminal (the "Game"), provided by HUWA STUDIO ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Entertainment Use

The Game is provided for personal entertainment. The Game contains fictional terminal, hacking, ghost radio, corporate, cyberpunk, and supernatural themes. These elements are story and gameplay fiction only. The Game does not provide real hacking tools, financial advice, medical advice, legal advice, or instructions for unlawful activity.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Game only if you are allowed to do so under the laws of your country or region and under the rules of the app store or platform where you obtained the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you should use the Game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Limited License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store or platform where you obtained the Game.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Game except where expressly allowed by law.

4. Account, Device, and Save Data

The Game may store progress locally on your device and may support cloud save features through platform services such as iCloud, if enabled. Save data can be affected by device settings, storage limits, platform service availability, reinstalling the app, software bugs, or changes to the Game.

We do not guarantee that all progress, currency, items, rewards, achievements, or settings will always remain available, recoverable, or unchanged.

5. Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game may offer in-app purchases, including ad removal, packs, virtual currency, virtual items, boosts, or other digital content. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or another platform are processed by that platform and are subject to that platform's payment terms.

Virtual currency, virtual items, rewards, boosts, and progress are licensed for in-game use only. They have no real-world cash value, do not represent property, and cannot be sold, transferred, traded, redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out.

Prices, availability, descriptions, reward amounts, and purchase contents may change over time. We may also adjust game balance, item behavior, reward values, progression systems, and feature availability through updates.

Refund requests are handled by the app store or platform where the purchase was made and by applicable law. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be unauthorized, we may remove or adjust the related digital content where technically possible.

6. Ads and Rewarded Ads

The Game may show advertisements, including rewarded ads. Rewarded ads grant only the rewards shown in the Game at the time the ad is offered. Ad availability, ad loading, reward availability, and ad network behavior are not guaranteed.

If you purchase an ad removal product, the exact effect will be as described in the Game or store listing at the time of purchase. Some optional rewarded features, platform messages, store screens, legal notices, or third-party content may still appear if they are necessary for game operation, compliance, or platform requirements.

7. Random Rewards

The Game may include randomized gameplay rewards, drops, cards, or similar features. These features are for in-game entertainment and do not provide real-money prizes, betting payouts, cash-out value, or real-world gambling rewards.

If the Game offers paid randomized items in the future, the relevant odds or probability information will be shown before purchase where required by platform rules or applicable law.

8. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, unauthorized tools, exploits, or tampering methods.
Interfere with the Game, its economy, purchases, ads, telemetry, platform services, or other technical systems.
Attempt to bypass payment, ad reward, store, progression, security, or platform restrictions.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where allowed by applicable law.
Use the Game in a way that violates law, app store rules, platform rules, or the rights of others.
Sell, trade, transfer, or advertise accounts, save data, virtual currency, virtual items, or rewards.

We may restrict, reset, suspend, or terminate access to the Game or related features if we believe these rules have been violated.

9. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time. This may include changes to progression, rewards, prices, virtual items, ads, text, events, visuals, systems, or supported devices.

Some updates may be required to continue using the Game. Older versions may stop working correctly or may no longer be supported.

10. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, design, artwork, characters, text, logos, music, sound effects, systems, and other content, is owned by HUWA STUDIO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You do not receive ownership of the Game or any Game content. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

11. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or other comments about the Game, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

The Game may use third-party services, including app store services, advertising networks, analytics services, cloud save services, crash reporting tools, and platform features. These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, policies, or decisions.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected, used, shared, or stored when you use the Game.

14. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available in every country or region.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUWA STUDIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost progress, lost virtual items, device issues, service interruptions, or inability to use the Game.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Game or any related feature if you violate these Terms, violate platform rules, create risk for the Game or other users, or if we discontinue the Game or a feature.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections about purchases, virtual items, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Game, our website, the app store listing, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Game after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

Except where local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules.

本ゲームをダウンロード、インストール、アクセス、またはプレイすることにより、あなたは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意しない場合は、本ゲームを利用しないでください。

1. 娯楽目的での利用

本ゲームは、個人的な娯楽目的で提供されます。本ゲームには、架空のターミナル、ハッキング、ゴーストラジオ、企業、サイバーパンク、超常現象などのテーマが含まれます。これらは物語およびゲームプレイ上のフィクションであり、本ゲームは実際のハッキングツール、金融助言、医療助言、法律助言、または違法行為の手順を提供するものではありません。

2. 利用資格

あなたは、居住する国または地域の法律、および本ゲームを入手したアプリストアまたはプラットフォームの規則により認められる場合にのみ、本ゲームを利用できます。あなたが居住する国または地域において未成年である場合は、親権者または法定代理人の許可を得たうえで本ゲームを利用してください。

3. 限定的なライセンス

当社は、本規約および本ゲームを入手したアプリストアまたはプラットフォームの規則に従うことを条件として、あなたに対し、個人的かつ非商業的な娯楽目的で本ゲームをダウンロード、インストール、およびプレイするための、限定的、個人的、非独占的、譲渡不可、取消可能なライセンスを付与します。

法律で明示的に認められる場合を除き、あなたは本ゲームを複製、販売、貸与、再許諾、配布、改変、派生物の作成、または商業的に利用することはできません。

4. アカウント、端末、セーブデータ

本ゲームは、あなたの進行状況を端末上に保存する場合があります。また、有効化されている場合、iCloud などのプラットフォームサービスを通じてクラウドセーブ機能を提供する場合があります。セーブデータは、端末設定、ストレージ容量、プラットフォームサービスの利用可否、アプリの再インストール、ソフトウェア上の不具合、または本ゲームの変更により影響を受けることがあります。

当社は、すべての進行状況、通貨、アイテム、報酬、実績、または設定が常に利用可能、復元可能、または変更されないことを保証しません。

5. 購入および仮想アイテム

本ゲームでは、広告削除、パック、仮想通貨、仮想アイテム、ブースト、その他のデジタルコンテンツなどのアプリ内購入を提供する場合があります。Apple App Store またはその他のプラットフォームを通じて行われる購入は、当該プラットフォームにより処理され、当該プラットフォームの支払条件に従います。

広告削除商品を購入した場合、その具体的な効果は、購入時点で本ゲーム内またはストア掲載情報に記載された内容に従います。ゲームの運営、法令遵守、またはプラットフォーム要件のために必要な場合、一部の任意のリワード機能、プラットフォームメッセージ、ストア画面、法的通知、または第三者コンテンツが引き続き表示されることがあります。

適用法で認められる場合を除き、本ゲームをリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルすること。
法律、アプリストア規則、プラットフォーム規則、または第三者の権利に違反する方法で本ゲームを利用すること。
アカウント、セーブデータ、仮想通貨、仮想アイテム、または報酬を販売、取引、譲渡、または宣伝すること。

当社は、これらの規則に違反したと判断した場合、本ゲームまたは関連機能へのアクセスを制限、リセット、停止、または終了することがあります。

9. アップデートおよび本ゲームの変更

当社は、いつでも本ゲームの一部をアップデート、変更、再調整、停止、または終了することがあります。これには、進行、報酬、価格、仮想アイテム、広告、テキスト、イベント、ビジュアル、システム、または対応端末の変更が含まれる場合があります。

あなたは、本ゲームまたは本ゲーム内コンテンツの所有権を取得するものではありません。本規約で明示的に付与されていないすべての権利は留保されます。

11. フィードバック

あなたが本ゲームに関するフィードバック、提案、不具合報告、アイデア、またはその他の意見を当社に送信した場合、適用法で禁止される場合を除き、当社はそれらを制限なく、また報酬を支払うことなく利用できるものとします。

12. 第三者サービス

本ゲームは、アプリストアサービス、広告ネットワーク、分析サービス、クラウドセーブサービス、クラッシュレポートツール、およびプラットフォーム機能などの第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスには、それぞれの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用される場合があります。

当社は、第三者サービス、コンテンツ、停止、ポリシー、または判断について責任を負いません。

13. プライバシー

14. 免責事項

15. 責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、HUWA STUDIO は、逸失利益、データの喪失、進行状況の喪失、仮想アイテムの喪失、端末の問題、サービスの中断、または本ゲームを利用できないことを含む、間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、懲罰的、または例示的損害について責任を負いません。

本規約のいかなる内容も、適用される消費者保護法に基づき制限することができない権利を制限するものではありません。

16. 終了

あなたはいつでも本ゲームの利用を停止できます。当社は、あなたが本規約に違反した場合、プラットフォーム規則に違反した場合、本ゲームまたは他のユーザーにリスクを生じさせた場合、または当社が本ゲームもしくは機能を終了する場合、本ゲームまたは関連機能へのアクセスを停止または終了することがあります。

その性質上終了後も存続すべき条項は、終了後も引き続き適用されます。これには、購入、仮想アイテム、知的財産、免責事項、責任の制限、および準拠法に関する条項が含まれます。

地域の消費者保護法により別段の定めがある場合を除き、本規約は、抵触法の規則にかかわらず、大韓民国の法律に準拠します。
